P8-P Series Feedback Actuators
The P8-P series is the feedback variant of our popular P8 actuator line. It features an internal potentiometer for position feedback, anodized aluminum outer shaft and all-metal gearbox, all within an extremely compact design. With a maximum force of 155N (35lbs) the P8-P is the best choice for applications where compact design, position feedback and higher force are priorities.
The P8-P does not have internal limit switches, though it can be used with our external limit switch kit. As with all of our P series actuators, the P8-P is designed to be a perfect match with our Linear Actuator Control Board. This combination offers stall protection, five input options including USB support as well as speed control, sensitivity control, position control, and adjustable end limits. Our position feedback actuators are ideal for projects that require a custom stroke length or a lower speed than our stock units. Using our LAC board saves you designing a custom controller or a custom actuator.
P8-P Series Actuators
Our P8-P series linear actuators come in a variety of configurations including:
- 10mm. 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm stroke lengths available
- 3 gearing options for maximum speeds between 6.2mm/s and 30mm/s and maximum forces between 35N (7.8lbs) and 155N (35lbs)
- 12 V Eingang

Ist der P8 kleiner als der PQ12?
Yes, though it depends on how you measure it. The P8 is both narrower and shorter than the PQ12, while being slightly taller. These measurements do not account for the P8 series having an external shaft, which comes in different sizes depending on stroke length.
What is the rated duty cycle of the P8-P?
As with our other DC actuators, the P8-P series has a rated duty cycle of 20%. This exceeds most of our client's needs. If you require a higher duty cycle, have a look at our P8-ST line of micro stepper actuators.
Can I change the end tip on a P8 actuator?
